How can I edit my recurring subscription order?
You can modify your subscription order, cancel or skip at any time. Sign in here to access your individual account.
Shipping info and how can I track my order?
We aim to dispatch orders within 24 hours (Mon- Fri) and we'll send you an email to let you know when it's on its way. Your order should arrive within 1 - 3 working days from dispatch. However, this is an estimate. Please check the tracking link in your email if you have still not received your order.
Product infoI have sensitivity to the product, what should I do?
Occassionally, some customers can get sensitivity to baking soda in natural deodorants. If this happens discontinue use and wait until the irritation disappears. You can then try our 'Sensitive Soul' baking soda-free deodorant by itself or layer it under the full strength deodorant. Please feel free to contact us if you're still having issues on email@example.com.
How ethical are your ingredients?
All of our ingredients are 100% natural and vegan. We are cruelty-free and don't test on animals.
Are your products made in New Zealand?
Absolutely! We are proud to be New Zealand made.
Is the packaging waste free?
Our products are packaged in glass jar with a plastic or metal lid. We are slowly switching to metal lids which are indefinitely recyclable. Our labels are recyclable and compostable and all orders are sent in compostable packaging.
Where should I place feedback?
If you would like to leave us a review, you can do this online under the specific product you purchased, or you can tag us in a review on Instagram or Facebook. If you have any issues or questions, please contact us directly and we'll do our best to sort any problems out. We're always here to help.
